It’s been a busy year at Wild Nosh Pets! We’ve gone through a name change, moved to a larger facility, and expanded the pop-up events we attend. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing high-quality, ethically sourced nutrition for your pets. Today, we’re thrilled to share some exciting milestones in our journey toward sustainability and animal welfare.
Exceeding Our Commitment—Ahead of Schedule!
Last year, we set an ambitious goal to source 100% of our chicken from suppliers that meet the standards of the Better Chicken Commitment—a set of standards focused on improving the welfare of the chickens used in our treats. We’re proud to announce that we’ve fully met this goal ahead of schedule. This milestone reflects our unwavering dedication to transparency, ethical sourcing, and continual progress. Not only are we ahead of schedule, but we are actually one of only a handful of food businesses - across both the human and pet food industries - to have met this higher welfare standard.
Recognized with the Good Chicken Award
Our efforts have earned us a prestigious Good Chicken Award from Compassion in World Farming. This honor recognizes the comprehensive steps we’ve taken to ensure better living conditions for chickens—from improved housing and health standards to more humane practices throughout the supply chain. It underscores our belief that ethical choices can transform the pet food industry.

We’re also excited to share that Wild Nosh Pets has been added to the ASPCA’s Shop With Your Heart Grocery list—a valuable resource for consumers seeking products that meet higher animal welfare standards.
